Manage and maintain tracking system of DAF/Fintech analysis and reviewCommit to seek out new products, concepts, companies with offerings aligning with NPT’s strategic planningAnalyze product offerings against NPT’s commoditized and differentiated services and align with system/application roadmapsAssist manager and leadership with identifying actionable insights and operationalize tracking systemDevelop reports, dashboards and define metrics that inform against SWOT or similar analysis frameworkWork with manager to define a research analysis lifecycle, as well as a communication plan for appropriate audiencesProvide data analysis as needed to help inform business responsesProvide insights into product usage using Google Analytics to inform on user behaviorIdentify unmet needs through marketplace review and client/customer feedbackCreate and present updates for manager and executive technology and business teamsWrite and maintain technical documentation for all assigned responsibilitiesSupport all additional IT projects as required and assist with special assignments assigned by CTO
